The Application Developer would be the second developer for a cloud-hosted platform with a React/TypeScript front end and Java/Spring Boot microservices, focused on delivery execution and application workflow support.

The role covers front-end development, React/TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot support, entitlement-aware workflows, Qualtrics, Lucidchart, Jaspersoft Visualize.js, OpenSearch, and document workflows, with cross-training.

Build and enhanceReact/TypeScript user interfaces for document workflows, reporting, search, and entitlement-aware application experiences

Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and troubleshoot client/server interaction issues

Support Java/Spring Bootmicroservices, business logic,and application integrations

Support embedded integrations including Qualtrics survey workflows, Lucidchart process-flow diagrams, and Jaspersoft Visualize.js reporting

Work with OpenSearch-based search, S3-based document storage, and entitlement-aware workflows

Apply performance, accessibility, responsive layout, browsercompatibility, and usability best practices

Work with Bitbucket-based source control and front-end build/deployment processes

Participate in codereviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and Agile delivery processes

Cross-train ing.

3-5 years of experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, component-based architecture, and responsive design patterns

Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and troubleshooting client/server interaction issues

Ability to build polished, accessible, maintainable user interfaces for document workflows, reporting, search, and entitlement-aware experiences

Working knowledge of Java, SpringBoot, and backend service development sufficient to support full application workflows

Understanding of performance, accessibility, responsive layout, browser compatibility, and application usability practices

Experience with Bitbucket-based source control and front-end build/deployment processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsfor working acrossproduct, QA, and engineering teams

Strong eye for usability, visualrefinement, and professional application presentation

Collaborative approach to refining usability and presentation details with stakeholders

A proactive approach to problem solvingwith attention to detail

Exposure to embedded reporting with Jaspersoft Visualize.js, embedded survey workflows (Qualtrics), and interactive diagram experiences (Lucidchart)

with AWS Amplify, cloud-hosted front-end patterns, or comparable deployment models

Exposure to AmazonCognito, token-based authentication, and entitlement-aware access patterns

Familiarity with Agileprocesses and ticketing systems such as VersionOne or Jira

Demonstrate proactive thinking

Strong interpersonal relations and team collaboration skills

Ability to workunder stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in web application development, preferably on SaaS or cloud-hosted platforms

Willingness to cross-train and provide development coverage across multiple applications.
