Deloitte’s Salesforce and Certinia practice helps professional services and SaaS organizations transform how they sell, deliver, and operate.
The Senior Consultant, Certinia PSA role designs and implements solutions for project delivery, resource management, time and expense, billing, and revenue operations.
The role functions similarly to a Certinia Solution Architect and provides product knowledge and technical advisory expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage functional and technical resource teams delivering Certinia transformations and meeting project milestones.
- Develop customer stakeholder relationships and lead requirements and business process workshops.
- Design system architecture, configure and extend Certinia PSA, and integrate complementary third-party applications.
- Translate requirements into developer specifications and support data migration, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training and propose scalable solutions tailored to client goals.
- Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, and internal knowledge development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce-platform consulting or solution architect experience.
- Experience owning functional and technical solution design for Certinia PSA implementations.
- Experience with accounting, CRM, ERP, or HCM systems and processes.
- Experience with Salesforce-to-external-system integration architecture, including Certinia PSA and Revenue Management connections.
- Experience managing project delivery teams, facilitating client workshops, and documenting user stories and test scripts.
- Strong Agile development and deployment knowledge on the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on professional services operations experience covering projects, resourcing, time and expense, billing, and revenue.
- Experience with process diagramming using Lucid or Visio.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; French is an asset.
- A university degree in engineering, software development, business management, or a related field.
- Certinia and Salesforce certifications are assets.
- For positions based in Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is required.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is permanent.
- The work model is hybrid.
- The primary location is Montreal, Quebec, with additional available locations across Canada.
Compensation
- The salary range is CAD 80,000 to CAD 138,000.
- Individuals may be eligible to participate in a bonus program.

The role joins Deloitte’s Salesforce and Certinia consulting team, covering quote-to-cash, ERP, PSA, and service delivery transformation.
