- Manage projects and design data and analytics tooling for organizations
- Implement BI analytics workflows and processes
- Advise on and implement programs for data driven working, including governance and change management
- Stay updated on trends in data analysis, such as AI and machine learning
Requirements
- HBO werk en denkniveau
- Several years of experience in consultancy
- Strong technical skills in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Experience with project management
- Consultancy mindset focused on client goals
- Valid driver's license
- Dutch language proficiency at C2 level

- Als Senior Consultant help je organisaties, afdelingen en mensen om inzicht uit data te halen.
- Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten bij verschillende klanten en helpt hen in de verandering naar meer datagedreven werken.
- Je bent de verbindende factor tussen mensen, processen en technologie.
Taakverdeling
- Strategisch data advies
- Projectmanagement
- Ontwerpen en realiseren van concepten
- Overleg met projectteam en collega's
- Trainingen Tableau en andere tooling
Wat wij belangrijk vinden dat je meebrengt
- Kennis van visualisatietools zoals Tableau of Power BI; ervaring met Alteryx is een pré.
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen en realiseren van concepten en projectmanagement.
- Een consultancy mindset gericht op het helpen van klanten om hun doelen te behalen.
Wat krijg je?
- Salaris tussen €4500 en €6695 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
- 28 vakantiedagen plus mogelijkheid tot ATV regeling voor 13 extra vrije dagen.

Dit vragen wij
- HBO werk en denkniveau en meerdere jaren ervaring in consultancy.
- Technisch sterk, complexe situaties kunnen overzien en vertalen naar structurele oplossingen.
- Sociaal type, prettig in omgang, houdt van samenwerken en een geintje.
- In bezit van rijbewijs en beheerst de Nederlandse taal op C2 niveau.
Werkplek
- Hoofdkantoor in Oldenzaal, met regelmaat aanwezig; ook vestiging in Houten.
- Werkt met regelmaat vanuit huis.
