Senior Construction Project Manager – Centerville, UT

As a Senior Construction Project Manager , you’ll lead the reconstruction of residential and commercial properties impacted by fire, water, storms, or other major events.

In this role, you’ll manage projects from start to finish—handling estimates, coordinating teams, and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You’ll work closely with customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and team members to keep projects moving and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with property owners, insurance partners, and stakeholders throughout each project
• Manage large-loss projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Review and oversee project estimates, budgets, scopes of work, and resource planning to ensure accuracy and profitability
• Communicate proactively with project teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to align schedules, progress, and deliverables
• Ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., sales, margins, job completion, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, restoration, or project management.
