Senior Construction Project Manager

Role overview

Project delivery

• Lead professionals delivering major capital construction projects to support new client acquisition.
• Direct project teams through scope, resources, estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee general contractors, direct contractors, testing agencies, project controls, and MEP teams.
• Coordinate architecture and engineering activities with design managers.
• Integrate subject matter experts and stakeholders into site development and construction programs.

Controls and governance

• Support environmental, entitlement, and permitting requirements.
• Implement communication plans, project meetings, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation governance.
• Report status and variances, create corrective action plans, and manage change requests and approvals.
• Manage sourcing, contracts, financial controls, payments, claims, retention, and project closeout.

Quality and safety

• Validate drawings and specifications against desired construction quality and document remediation.
• Ensure field installations comply with approved designs.
• Implement systems supporting project safety and high-quality delivery.
• Confirm contractors and suppliers follow safety best practices and monitor insurance and liability controls.

Knowledge and capabilities

• Advanced knowledge of project management, planning, construction management, and data centers.
• Demonstrated leadership with owners, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to lead project meetings, present executive summaries, and support prospective client presentations.
