Role Overview
Lead day-to-day site delivery for a major public realm project in Diriyah.
The role reports to the Project Manager or Project Director.
Responsibilities
- Run the whole site on a day-to-day basis.
- Lead delivery of the public realm project as part of Diriyah.
- Manage delivery across two project phases and four hoarding phases.
- Coordinate concurrent hardscape, softscape, and utilities works.
- Oversee phased handover while works continue in other phases.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors against programme, quality, safety, and cost targets.
- Manage stakeholder coordination across all site disciplines.
