Senior Construction Engineer EOI

Act as a construction lead during project execution phases.

Manage and supervise construction works on site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary site teams.

Resolve technical and construction issues to maintain project schedules.

Participate in commissioning, start-up, and project handover activities where required.

Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

Degree or HNC/HND in Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or a relevant Engineering discipline.

Significant experience in construction engineering within the energy, process, industrial, power, oil & gas, petrochemical, or related sectors.

Proven experience supporting and developing tender and bid submissions.

Strong understanding of construction planning, methodologies, and site execution practices.

Experience managing construction activities on live project sites.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

SMSTS, SSSTS, or equivalent construction safety qualification.

Experience working within EPC/EPCM project environments.

A proactive and solutions-focused Construction professional.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working in both office and site-based environments.

Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required.
