- Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities for oil & gas EPC projects
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction procedures
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project requirements, and HSE regulations
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, commissioning, and subcontractor teams
- Monitor installation of electrical equipment, cable systems, substations, transformers, switchgears, and lighting systems
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction related technical issues
- Track project progress and support timely completion of construction milestones
- Participate in testing, pre commissioning, and commissioning activities
- Prepare progress reports and support project documentation requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 15+ years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector
- 5 years in GCC region
- 5 years of experience in similar position
- Extensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline construction projects
- Strong knowledge of pipeline installation, welding, testing, and commissioning
- Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments
- In depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standards
- Proven leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills

Job Overview
