Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in construction accounting or project finance
- Proven experience implementing ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, or similar
- Strong knowledge of job costing, project accounting, inventory management, procurement, and financial controls
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Financial Management
- Manage the company's accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor company profitability and financial performance.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking relationships.
Construction Project Accounting
- Maintain project budgets and job costing.
- Track project profitability by project and cost code.
- Monitor labor, subcontractor, equipment, and material costs.
- Prepare budget vs. actual reports.
- Forecast project completion costs and margins.
Material & Inventory Management
- Implement systems to track construction materials from purchase through installation.
- Monitor inventory levels and material usage.
- Reduce material wastage and identify cost saving opportunities.
- Reconcile purchase orders, supplier invoices, warehouse inventory, and project consumption.
Procurement & Cost Control
- Review supplier quotations and purchase orders.
- Monitor committed costs versus actual costs.
- Track subcontractor payments and supplier balances.
- Improve procurement controls and approval workflows.
Cash Flow Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor collections and outstanding receivables.
- Manage supplier payment schedules.
- Ensure sufficient working capital for ongoing projects.
ERP Implementation & Process Improvement
- Lead the selection and implementation of an ERP system.
- Configure finance, procurement, inventory, project costing, and reporting modules.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance and operations.
- Integrate accounting with procurement, warehouse, and project management.
- Train staff on ERP usage and best practices.
- Continuously improve financial processes and internal controls.
Financial Reporting & Analytics
- Build executive dashboards and KPIs.
- Develop reports for project profitability, cash flow, inventory, procurement, and budget performance.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in construction accounting or project finance.
- Proven experience implementing ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of job costing, project accounting, inventory management, procurement, and financial controls.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
