Responsibilities
- Lead research, content strategy, agenda development, and senior speaker acquisition for B2B conferences
- Identify new opportunities to grow established event brands
- Engage with C level executives and stakeholders
- Manage pre event planning, on site coordination, and post event review
Requirements
- Strong expertise (4+ yrs) in conference production, including agenda design and content development for B2B events
- Proficiency in market research, including industry trend analysis, competitor mapping, and stakeholder insights gathering
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging content and liaise confidently with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in speaker acquisition, including identifying, approaching, and securing C level and subject matter expert speakers
- Proven experience in growing existing event portfolios and launching new concepts
- Hands on event management skills, covering pre event planning, on site coordination, and post event review
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced, growth oriented environment
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how events drive leads, revenue, and market positioning
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace)
