- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s compliance framework
- Monitor regulatory changes
- Conduct risk assessments

- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and industry standards

Requirements
- Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance

- Clear and professional Communication skills
- Solid understanding of Finance principles
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, or a related field
- Professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage part time schedules, and operate effectively in a hybrid on site/remote environment
- Strong ethical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly

- Preparing compliance reports
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Providing guidance to operational teams
- Delivering training on compliance requirements
- Collaborating with finance and management teams to assess the compliance impact of business decisions
- Recommending corrective measures where needed
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with proven experience designing and maintaining compliance programs.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess risks, and translate complex requirements into practical controls.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for drafting policies, reporting findings, and advising cross functional teams and leadership.
- Solid understanding of Finance principles to evaluate the compliance implications of financial transactions and reporting.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is highly beneficial.
