Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Compliance will lead regulatory compliance and AML/CTF obligations across client mandates within the region.
The role reports to the Director of Compliance and serves as a principal regulatory liaison.
The position supports client trust, regulatory integrity, and expansion of the compliance practice across multiple jurisdictions.
Mission Outcomes
- Act as a trusted outsourced Compliance Officer and MLRO for clients.
- Deliver regulatory compliance and AML services with timely applications and effective regulator communication.
- Develop and implement compliance and AML frameworks and training programs.
- Audit, monitor, and improve compliance processes and internal controls.
- Manage and expand the compliance client portfolio while supporting business growth.
- Continuously improve compliance and AML/CTF systems through processes, tools, or automation.
- Strengthen business development, client engagement, and industry representation.
- Contribute to firm culture, recruitment, retention, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide ongoing compliance and AML support and ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements.
