Compliance supports client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, financial-crime controls, and new market entry.
Role Purpose
The role supports day-to-day Compliance and AML/CFT activities under the direction of the Head of Compliance.
The position is focused on hands-on Analyst/Executive-level delivery and is not intended for senior managerial or Head of Compliance-level candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support KYC, CDD, and EDD reviews, including higher-risk customer assessments.
- Conduct and document customer risk assessments.
- Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening and escalate potential matches.
- Support AML/CFT and sanctions compliance activities.
- Review onboarding documentation and identify compliance deficiencies.
- Assist with ongoing compliance monitoring and periodic reviews.
- Maintain compliance records, trackers, and supporting documentation.
