As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Hines, you will be part of a Compensation team supporting over 4,500 employees worldwide.
This role should provide excellent internal customer service and be able to interact with all management levels.
You should be able to apply your compensation knowledge to conduct analysis and interpretation related to Hines’ compensation programs for colleagues across Europe.
