Role Overview
The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key contributor responsible for ESOP and 401(k) administration, compensation analysis, and reporting.
This position ensures accurate recordkeeping, leads audits and regulatory compliance, and partners with HR, finance, and leadership to support compensation processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
A Day in the Life:
• Support ESOP and 401(k) administration, including coordination with third-party partners, participant data management, and plan compliance activities
• Manage ESOP processes such as contributions, allocations, distributions, and participant communications
• Support audits, Form 5500 filing, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Partner with HR and operations to support compensation review processes and ensure alignment with internal equity
• Develop and maintain compensation reporting, analysis, and documentation for leadership review
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails for compensation and benefit plans while identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally, provide guidance as needed, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation data Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in compensation, accounting, or HR analytics
• Strong understanding of compensation programs, data analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience supporting audits, reporting, or regulatory compliance activities
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information
