TRACCS seeks a Senior Communications Manager in Riyadh to manage retainer and project-based clients, develop communication plans, and supervise specialists.

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day to day management of retainer and project based clients
- Develop and execute communication plans and programs
- Coordinate with other support team members to ensure successful completion of each task
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients
- Provide basic strategic advisory and consultancy
- Conceptualize and implement creative ideas
- Supervise communications specialists to ensure work is implemented ethically and according to TRACCS’ standards
- Independently manage the day to day requirements of all accounts
- Meet with clients on a weekly/bi weekly basis to review progress, brainstorm new ideas and tactics, and plan for future tasks
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the communications profession
- At least 2 years at a managerial position
- Track record for successfully managing multiple accounts
- Ability to deliver a range of high quality services consistently to clients across multiple sectors with acute attention to detail
- Ability to develop or support with the development of communications strategies for clients
- Strong verbal and written communications in Arabic and English
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Strong decision making skills, a sense of diplomacy and the ability to earn the trust of colleagues and clients
- Necessary temperament and expertise to work in high pressure situations

Role Overview
- Fluent in Arabic and English, the Senior Communications Manager is responsible for the overall day to day management of retainer and project based clients including the development and execution of communication plans and programs.
- The role involves coordinating with other support team members, being the primary point of contact with clients, providing basic strategic advisory and consultancy, conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas, and supervising communications specialists.
- The Senior Communications Manager should be able to independently manage the day to day requirements of all his/her accounts and must meet with the clients on a weekly/bi weekly basis to review progress on plans, brainstorm on new ideas and tactics and plan for future tasks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the communications profession of which 2 years were at a managerial position, with a track record for successfully managing multiple accounts.
