Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the Commissioning Manager and Principal Commissioning Engineer with home office deliverables.
• Participate in walk-down inspections, punch listing, testing, and troubleshooting at project sites.
• Develop manuals, commissioning and start-up spares, first fills, consumables, and procedures.
• Perform equipment system checks, function testing, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing.
• Resolve operational and maintenance issues during commissioning and testing.
• Supervise craft personnel and coordinate activities with commissioning engineers.
• Collaborate with Project teams, Clients, discipline leads, construction, and fabrication teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• 8–15 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultant.
• Good understanding of commissioning, completions, and training, with basic knowledge of construction and operations and maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical, refinery, or oil and gas processing facility.
• At least 2 years of commissioning and start-up experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to engineers and non-engineers.
• Willingness and ability to travel to international construction sites.

Technical and Professional Skills

• Good skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Good organizational skills and adaptability to different discipline groups.
• Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.

Workplace and Reporting

• The position is full-time and includes site-based commissioning activities and travel to international construction sites.
• Reports to the Project Commissioning Manager and Functional Commissioning Manager.
• Supervises Commissioning Engineers, Completions Specialists, Operations and Maintenance specialists, Designers, and support personnel.
