Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the sale and leasing of commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, developers, and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings to understand commercial property requirements and recommend suitable opportunities
- Market and promote commercial properties through various sales channels and networking events
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and site inspections
- Negotiate commercial terms, rental agreements, and sales contracts
- Prepare proposals, quotations, lease offers, and commercial agreements
- Maintain an up to date portfolio of available commercial properties
- Provide clients with market insights, rental trends, investment analysis, and property valuations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and leasing targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions using CRM
- Mentor junior consultants by sharing industry knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing
- Strong relationship building skills with investors, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms and contracts
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations
- Experience with CRM systems

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, negotiations, and transactions using the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with property owners, legal advisors, finance teams, and government authorities to facilitate successful transactions.
