Posting Scope
The posting describes a Subcontract Administrator role and a separate Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Control Manager role.
The roles support residential, giga project, building, and large-scale construction work.
Subcontract Administrator
- Manage and administer subcontracts.
- Handle subcontract administration, management, variations, claims, and payments.
- Apply hands-on subcontract management experience.
Subcontract Administrator Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in subcontract administration or management.
- Experience with building projects.
- MEP experience is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of FIDIC and/or GTPL (KSA) contract forms.
- A sector background in residential or giga projects is referenced.
Senior Commercial Role
- Lead the commercial team.
- Manage contracts, quantity surveying, prime contract administration, subcontractor management, planning, variations, claims, and cost control.
- Support extension-of-time and claims substantiation and dispute resolution.
Senior Commercial Requirements
- At least 20 years of commercial or contract management experience.
- Strong contractor background with international construction companies.
- Extensive building project experience.
- Ability to lead and manage commercial teams on large-scale projects.
- Professional accreditation such as MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
