Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's North American commercial strategy

- Build, lead, and inspire a high performance sales team to expand market share and meet revenue targets
- Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and negotiate customer related commercial contracts
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to build a robust project pipeline
- Represent the company at key industry trade shows, conferences, and events
- Oversee key account relationships to ensure long term loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with product development team to drive market informed innovation and lead new product commercialization
- Lead budget creation, manage commercial expenditures, and oversee monthly demand planning as part of global S&OP process
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs, revenue performance, and market results to local and global leadership
- Set objectives for and support professional development of direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership within nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or health & wellness CPG industries
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, business development, and sales expansion
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, manage, and develop teams
- Deep understanding of the nutraceuticals market, including trends, consumer behaviour, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and make sound strategic decisions

Job Summary
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Commercial Manager is a key leadership role responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy across the nutraceutical and dietary supplement space.
- Lead a team of 2–3 direct reports, overseeing sales, marketing, and business development functions while aligning commercial initiatives with broader business objectives.
- High impact role for someone who thrives on driving revenue, building lasting customer relationships, and shaping the future direction of a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's North American commercial strategy, setting clear KPIs and aligning goals with overall business direction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Base Salary
- CAD 135,000 155,000 CAD (to commensurate with experience)
