Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial management of major project work packages.
- Manage contract administration, change control, and commercial reporting.
- Oversee project costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support subcontract procurement and supply chain management.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Work closely with operational and project teams to support successful delivery.
- Mentor and develop commercial team members.
About You
Proven experience in a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Manager role.
Strong background in energy, utilities, infrastructure, oil & gas, or EPC projects.
Excellent knowledge of NEC and/or EPC contracts.
Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management skills.
Experience managing high-value projects and stakeholder relationships.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
