This executive role focuses on driving profitability, managing key client relationships, and overseeing commercial operations across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- **Commercial Strategy:** Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across multiple business units
- **Business Development:** Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
- **Revenue & P&L Management:** Oversee financial performance, pricing strategies, and profitability
- **Client & Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- **Contract Negotiation:** Lead high-value negotiations and commercial agreements
- **Market Analysis:** Monitor trends, competitors, and industry developments to guide strategy
- **Leadership:** Manage senior commercial teams and cross-functional departments
What We Are Looking For
- **Experience:** Extensive senior-level experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development
- **Skills:** Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and financial management capabilities
- **Education:** Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
