ABOUT THE TEAM
Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) is responsible for autonomous robotics systems like the Fury unmanned fighter jet and the Barracuda family of advanced effects. The AD&S Vehicle Software team is responsible for the software running on these systems. Our software engineers collaborate with other engineering disciplines to develop software for vehicle control, networking, sensor integration, and telemetry. We are looking for engineers excited to build the foundational vehicle software stack that supports the wide range of AD&S initiatives, from early concept simulation to first flight to live operations to large scale fleet management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of working experience in DevOps or SRE type roles
Strongly proficient in utilizing cloud services like Azure and AWS
Experience with IaC (Terraform, Cloudformation, Puppet, Ansible, etc)
Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Helm
Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, and security best practices
Programming ability in one or more of the general scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell, etc)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and develop internal roadmaps based on the needs of other teams
Experience deploying complex and scalable infrastructure solutions
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive expertise in Kubernetes and Helm
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, or Google Cloud Certified Professional
Experience with government Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Experience installing, sustaining, and troubleshooting data systems for DoD or otherwise sensitive customers
Familiarity with DoD-managed network enclaves (NIPR, SIPR, etc.)
