- Education: Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited school --or-- Ph.D. in Social Work or Psychology from an accredited school

- Ph.D. in Social Work or Psychology from an accredited school
- Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License --or-- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License --or-- Upon hire: Washington Psychologist License
- Washington Mental Health Counselor License --or--
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License --or--
- Upon hire: Washington Psychologist License
- 2 years of experience in the areas of acute mental healthcare in an inpatient, outpatient or legal setting
