Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise/Account Managers and Client Service Managers
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with client objectives and revenue targets
- Maintain senior level relationships with key client stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Oversee client escalations, churn management, and proactive retention measures
- Manage technical optimizations, disruptions, and cross departmental initiatives
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities for Fintel Connect products and services
- Conduct performance reviews, manage KPIs, and align on goals using OKR framework
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of work by the implementation team
- Provide timely reporting on team performance metrics per client
- Synthesize and report business information to and from CS Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Public Relations, or related field
- Over 7 years of experience managing multi disciplinary teams and client portfolios in affiliate marketing
- Proven ability to drive results and maximize client revenue
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in writing, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience with tracking systems, affiliate platforms, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordPress
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is an asset
- Effective written and spoken communication in English
- Legal ability to work in Canada

The Role
- As Senior Client Service Manager, you will drive client success and revenue growth through affiliate marketing expertise.
- Manage a team of Enterprise/Account Managers and Client Service Managers, acting as strategic liaison.
- Work with Client Services leadership to enhance client and team engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Create a collaborative, trust driven environment where team members thrive.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive leadership development and skill enhancement.
- Effectively allocate resources and manage time off approvals.

Client Strategy & Management

- Collaborate with other departments to support marketing, sales, and technical needs.
- Review and manage stakeholder terms and conditions processes.
- Stay informed about all Fintel Connect products, including newly launched offerings.
- Provide timely reporting on overall team performance metrics per client.
- Synthesize and report business information to and from CS Leadership.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Public Relations, or related field.
- Over 7 years of experience managing multi disciplinary teams and client portfolios in affiliate marketing.
- Skilled in developing and executing innovative strategies aligning client needs with business objectives.
- Proven track record of inspiring teams and building long term relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on data driven decision making.
- Experience with tracking systems, affiliate platforms, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is an asset.
- Adaptable team player thriving in high pressure environments.
- Effective written and spoken communication in English.
- Legal ability to work in Canada.
