Role overview
Provide service excellence to plan sponsors, members, and advisors through the GRS Operations client administration function.
Handle day-to-day administration within established service level standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer a block of business covering various products.
- Process control account and suspense transactions daily.
- Manage contribution files, payroll files, and transaction uploads.
- Validate outputs, correct member account issues, and escalate complaints.
- Identify trends, share client feedback, and support process improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and take ownership of assigned work.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, conditional formatting, and data validation.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly with high transaction volumes.
- Strong organization, multitasking, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain data integrity and meet audit requirements.
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new systems.
