About the Role
Sustainable Property seeks a Senior Client Relations Manager to own the full client and tenant relationship lifecycle, lead a multi-region team, and drive revenue and occupancy growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage leasing, rent collection, and end to end contract management for the assigned portfolio
- Own tenant relations and client support, serving as the senior point of contact for key accounts
- Lead and supervise 2 Client Relations Managers in other regions, coordinating workflow and priorities across the team
- Drive measurable growth in revenue and occupancy across managed properties
- Reduce legal disputes through proactive contract compliance, early resolution, and clear documentation
- Improve and standardize processes to raise efficiency and service quality
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management and handle all related tasks
Requirements
- 6 years of property/real estate management, client relations (Required)
- 2 years in a leadership role (Preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Proven track record of increasing occupancy/revenue and managing tenant or client portfolios

Role Summary
