We are seeking client-obsessed retail professionals, ready to step into a Senior Client Advisor role across our Melbourne stores.
This is more than a sales position.
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will take a supervisory lead on the selling floor, support your Store Management team, and set the standard for what an exceptional Louis Vuitton experience looks like.
Job responsibilities
A normal day will see you:
• Creating extraordinary client experiences that exceed expectations
• Building and maintaining your own client book, with a focus on long-term relationships
• Leading by example on the selling floor and acting as a role model across all aspects of the role
• Coaching, guiding, and motivating the team to perform at their best
• Actively managing the floor and the overall client experience
• Driving your department's sales performance and team confidence
• Preparing and delivering morning briefs and training sessions
