Role Description

The Senior Client Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction in every interaction.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, facilitating property transactions, and advising clients on the best solutions for their needs.

The Senior Client Advisor will also work closely with the sales and leasing teams to develop tailored strategies for individual clients.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, allowing some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Client Relations and the ability to foster trust and long-term partnerships with clients
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide exceptional support and address client needs effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interaction with diverse clients
  • Knowledge of Insurance processes related to real estate transactions is an advantage
  • Proven experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the Dubai market, is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
