As a Senior Claims Manager, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of complex life, disability and income protection claims from investigation through to assessment and decision-making.
You'll play an important role in supporting members through challenging life events while balancing commercial, regulatory and member outcomes.
You'll bring a proactive and holistic approach to claims management, engaging openly and respectfully with members and stakeholders to understand the medical, social and personal impacts of injury or illness.
You'll also provide technical guidance, coaching and support to team members, helping uplift capability across the broader claims function.
Along the way, you'll have opportunities to identify process improvements, contribute to operational efficiencies, and help build a collaborative and supportive team culture focused on delivering excellent member outcomes.
This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
We also have fixed term opportunities if that is more your thing.
