About the Role
Seeking a Senior Civil Site Engineer with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 4+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in EPC projects. Must have strong knowledge of international standards, oil & gas specifications, concrete mix design, rebar inspection, and site management skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead site teams and manage subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with international standards and oil & gas specifications
- Oversee concrete mix design, rebar inspection, and underground pipeline works
- Implement QA/QC and HSE standards on site
- Manage site operations and ensure project deadlines are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in civil construction
- Experience in EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)
- Strong knowledge of international standards and oil & gas specifications
- Knowledge in concrete mix design and durability requirements
- Experience in Rebar inspection and BBS checking
- Knowledge in Underground pipeline bedding and compaction
- Good understanding of PTW (Permit to Work) system
- Strong QA/QC and HSE knowledge
- Sound technical knowledge and site management skills
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software
- Strong communication and coordination skills
