Role Overview
The role is for a Senior Civil Site Engineer supporting civil construction and project management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities for compliance with drawings, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, materials, and project milestones.
- Direct junior engineers, designers, and on-site subcontractors.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams.
- Review contractor submittals and prepare progress reports.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Five to ten or more years of hands-on civil construction or project management experience is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is required.
- Strong leadership, client communication, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- A master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹21,228.83 to ₹53,341.20 per month.
