- Lead and review civil engineering designs ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements
- Manage project planning activities and supervise junior engineers
- Coordinate with architects and other disciplines
- Produce detailed design documents and calculations
- Oversee stormwater management solutions, site development plans, and infrastructure layouts
- Support approval processes with authorities
- Provide technical guidance and attend site and coordination meetings
- Monitor project progress to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets
Requirements
- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering
- Experience as Civil Engineer including project coordination, client communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Planning skills covering project scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery to timelines
- Expertise in Stormwater Management including drainage design and flood mitigation
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Professional registration or eligibility for registration as a civil engineer preferred
- Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar)
- Familiarity with local authority requirements
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members and work in multicultural environment
