Position Overview
The position is Senior Civil Engineer for a high-rise residential project at Pal, Surat, Gujarat.

Compensation and Employment
- Salary is ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, with the stated offer up to ₹50,000 per month negotiable for the right candidate.
- Employment type is full-time.
Work Location
- Work location is in person at the project site in Pal, Surat, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Supervise reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, de-shuttering, concrete pouring, and required pre-pour checks.
- Ensure proper execution of columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls, and staircases.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, progress, quality, safety, wastage, and project schedule.
- Inspect work, resolve technical issues, coordinate snagging and rectification, and maintain site documentation.
- Check measurements, quantities, BOQs, contractor bills, and daily progress reports.
- Assist the Project Manager with quality, cost, and timeline targets.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
- 4–8 years of relevant civil or building construction experience is required.
- High-rise residential project experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on site execution experience and ability to independently handle daily site activities are required.
- Experience managing contractors and site manpower is required.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is required.
- Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are required.
