Role Overview
The position is for a Senior Civil Engineer in civil construction.
The role focuses on complete residential construction projects, including bungalow and independent house construction.
Experience Requirements
- Applicants should have 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Hands-on experience in bungalow and residential house construction is required.
- Strong experience in bungalow and independent residential house construction is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential and bungalow construction is required.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and measurements is required.
- Strong site supervision and team management skills are required.
- Knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and quantity calculations is required.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage complete residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Monitor civil, structural, and finishing work at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, architects, and vendors.
