Weston Solutions is seeking a Senior Chemist t o support environmental consulting work for our Federal, State, Local and Commercial/Industrial clients.

This candidate will provide our clients with accurate and pertinent scientific data according to the methods, procedures, and techniques.

The candidate will validate environmental laboratory data according to various state and federal programs .

The candidate should be able to assist with chemistry-related projects tasks such as laboratory selection, preparing and reviewing Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs) and electronic disk deliverables (EDDs).

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry
• 10 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment or providing data validation .
• Working knowledge of environmental laboratory deliverables and data workflows (e.g., EDDs, lab reports, validation summaries) and ability to support analytical data review.
• Strong attention to detail; data management and interpretation skills; able to manage complex tracking spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable and able to work in non-standard environments.
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
