The Position

Ardent Pub Group is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The George.

The role is focused on delivering exceptional dishes while maintaining high standards in a quality-driven kitchen.

Role Expectations

  • Work hands-on as part of a strong kitchen team.
  • Consistently follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to exceptional guest experiences through quality food preparation and service.

What They Are Looking For

  • Previous Senior Chef de Partie experience in a fast-paced, quality restaurant or pub.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute directly to kitchen work.
  • A creative approach to cooking with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to learn and improve.
  • Ambition to progress within an innovative and trend-setting pub group.

Typical Working Week

  • The typical schedule is five working days, including three single shifts and two double shifts.
  • Shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.
