Senior Change & Transformation Program Manager

Executive Leadership and Change

• Provide senior leaders with executive reporting and decision support covering program health, progress, risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and recommended actions.
• Facilitate executive and cross-functional discussions to support decisions, resolve competing priorities, and maintain alignment.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments for major initiatives.
• Translate assessment findings into change strategies and plans covering engagement, communications, adoption, readiness, and reinforcement.
• Apply Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent change-management frameworks based on program needs.

Continuous Improvement

• Build relationships and shared accountability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Continuously improve program-management processes, governance mechanisms, and ways of working to strengthen execution effectiveness and organizational visibility.

Required Experience and Skills

• 12+ years of experience in program management, transformation, change management, business operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
• Experience with scope, integrated planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, and outcome tracking.
• Experience working with senior and executive leaders and preparing executive materials, facilitating discussions, presenting recommendations, and supporting decisions.
• Ability to influence in complex matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Knowledge of stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, organizational readiness, adoption planning, and reinforcement.
• Working knowledge of Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent change-management frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• Experience in professional services, consulting, customer success, business transformation, or technology organizations is a nice-to-have.
• Enterprise-scale operating model, organizational, process, or technology transformation experience is a nice-to-have.
• Experience establishing or improving program governance, portfolio management, or business operating mechanisms is a nice-to-have.
• Prosci, PMP, PgMP, or comparable program or change-management certifications are beneficial and not mandatory.
