Overview
Our client based in Dubai is currently seeking to add new Senior Consultants to their Change Management focused firm.
The business is expecting candidates to have a strong hold on the 4 tenets of Change (Org Design, Communications, Training & Stakeholder Management) while also understanding the complex nature of a Consultancy and how they deal with clients.
Job Expecations & Experience Required
- Experience in operating in a Change Management programme as part of a Consultancy with experience in Change Planning and Delivery
- Knowledge of Communications Strategies and deliverables and the understanding of how communication impacts a change programme
- Prior skills of operating within an Oracle ERP, Oracle NetSuite or Oracle Fusion Change programme
- Capability of leading Stakeholder Management tasks and leading Exec & C-Suite individuals who might be resistant to Change
- Experience in delivering Training in an Oracle Change Programme would be a nice to have
Job Benefits
- 25,000 - 35,000 AED per month including living allowance
- Visa sponsorship provided from our client
- Annual fly back for passport purposes to home country
