Role Overview

Lead a matrix team across firm capabilities (Practice Management, Field Learning, Market Management, etc.) to deliver end-to-end activation strategies for complex strategic initiatives aligned to the firm's highest priorities.
Demonstrate strong flexibility, execution, and consultation skills to anticipate and respond to shifts in strategy as warranted, leveraging data and stakeholder input to adjust the execution plan when necessary.
Partner with business leaders to track and report progress towards sustainable ou tcomes

Position Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Change Management, Communications or Sales Enablement
- Knowledge of common change management approach and processes
- Demonstrated success navigating complex, dynamic environments and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience translating stakeholder needs into strategies and deliverables
- Advanced writing, storytelling and planning skills
- Prosci or equivalent certification is required within 1 year.
