Responsibilities
- Develop and grow cargo charter business across regional and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, freight forwarders, and partners
- Manage the complete cargo charter cycle from quotation to execution
- Negotiate commercial terms and charter agreements
- Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure seamless flight execution
- Identify strategic business opportunities and contribute to company growth
- Maintain strong market awareness and industry intelligence
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience within cargo charter brokerage or cargo aviation sales
- Demonstrated ability to bring in and develop business
- Existing industry network and client portfolio is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of cargo charter operations and aviation market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Professional level of written and spoken English
