We are looking for a Senior Card Product Management Specialist to join our client's team in Riyadh on a 12-month contract.
The role sits at the heart of the bank's cards strategy — driving the launch of new debit and credit products, growing the prepaid portfolio, and leading performance across premium and mass segments.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead end-to-end card product lifecycle: proposition design, features, benefits, and pricing for credit, debit, and prepaid products
- Drive portfolio performance — activation, spend per card, attrition, and profitability — through targeted campaigns and analytics
- Optimize P&L by balancing interchange, rewards, fees, and cost structures
- Design loyalty and rewards programs that build daily spend habits and customer retention
- Champion digital-first journeys across acquisition, servicing, and engagement channels
- Lead large-scale cross-functional projects, system migrations, and new product launches
- Manage scheme relationships and develop merchant/fintech partnerships to boost usage
- Ensure full alignment with SAMA regulations while delivering speed-to-market innovation
- Support and deputize for the Head of Cards when required
- What you bring
- 12–15 years in cards / retail banking, ideally with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in credit, debit, and prepaid card product management and portfolio growth
- Strong knowledge of cards profitability metrics, CVP development, and product launches
- Deep familiarity with SAMA regulations and the Saudi banking / payments landscape
- Experience with customer segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analytics
- Background in digital banking, fintech integrations, and wallet ecosystems
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
