SENIOR CAPITAL ORIGINATION PARTNER – Family Office & Institutional Capital

  • www.kennispartners.com) is seeking a highly experienced independent capital advisor capable of representing the firm across GCC or APAC institutional investment circles, with direct access to Family Offices, sovereign-related ecosystems, and private capital allocators.
  • This is not an employment opportunity.
  • It is an independent business partnership, operating on a success-fee basis only.
  • No fixed salary, no retainer, and no expenses are covered at this stage.
  • We are looking for senior professionals who are confident in representing the Kennis Partners brand and who can help originate and qualify meaningful institutional capital relationships.

  • We are not looking for general deal brokers or individuals who simply claim to have “many projects to invest in.”
  • We are seeking professionals who understand how to connect with:
  • **Family Offices**
  • **Private Funds**
  • **Institutional Investors**

  • **Strategic Capital Partners**
  • **Cross-border capital allocators with a long-term view**
  • The objective is to help introduce qualified capital from the Middle East into select opportunities across Latin America, under a disciplined, institutional, and highly confidential framework.

Core Responsibilities Include

  • **Representing Kennis Partners professionally in the Middle East market**
  • **Identifying and qualifying institutional capital prospects**
  • **Opening conversations with family offices, private funds, and qualified investors**
  • **Supporting the origination of cross-border capital relationships**
  • **Helping advance strategic introductions into LATAM opportunities**
  • **Maintaining high standards of discretion, credibility, and alignment**
  • **Ideal candidate profile:**
  • **10–15+ years of senior experience in private banking, family office advisory, wealth management, private capital, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields**
  • **Proven access to family offices, private investors, or institutional capital in the Middle East**
  • **Strong understanding of capital structuring, investor qualification, and cross-border transactions**
  • **Excellent professional reputation and executive presence**
  • **Ability to operate independently and represent a boutique institutional brand**
  • **Deep respect for confidentiality, due diligence, and long-term relationship building**
  • **What we are not seeking:**
  • **Junior profiles**
  • **General salespeople**
  • **Mass-market introducers**
  • **Individuals without real access to institutional capital**
  • **Candidates focused only on pushing “projects” without a credible investor network**
