About the Role
Toolsman General Maintenance is looking for a Senior Call Center Agent to lead agents, monitor productivity, handle escalations, and manage social media. Requires 5 years UAE call center experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead all call centre and help desk agents and ensure proper staffing and scheduling
- Monitor schedule adherence of all customer care staff
- Set and Maintain Customer Care’s SOPs
- Monitor Call Center productivity and service level
- Evaluate calls for continuous quality improvement
- Respond to all inquiries, complaints and service requests from company email accounts. Handle customer care related escalations
- Administrate all social media accounts and create graphical advertisements for social media posting
- Collaborate with Site management to make sure that all services, maintenance contract offers and promotions are feasible and profitable
- Ensure that all service rates, inclusions, and offers are up to date and properly disseminated to all customer care staff
- Generate Sales report for contract renewals and new subscriptions
- Ensure proper complaints registration and work order creation
