Responsibilities
- 3D modelling: Develop and update piping and equipment models in Autodesk Plant 3D (2022 or later) based on P&IDs, layouts, vendor drawings, and engineering inputs.
- Drawing production: Generate orthographic drawings, general arrangements, sections, elevations, and piping isometrics.
- P&ID development: Prepare smart P&IDs and support updates under engineer direction.
- QA and standards: Ensure compliance with ISO, SSG, SIS standards; deliver models in accordance with LOD up to 400; apply QA processes to own and others’ work.
- Pipe and support modelling: Model piping systems, valves, supports, and local steel items per ISO/SSG standards.
- Hydraulic profile: Support creation of hydraulic profiles and integration into models.
- Spec and reporting tools: Active use of Plant Spec Editor and Plant Report Creator.
- Pressure/stress analysis: Perform or coordinate pressure control and stress analysis using ROHR2, CAESAR II, or similar tools.
- Clash detection: Use Navisworks for model review, walkthroughs, and clash checking.
- Material take‐off: Extract BOMs, line lists, and MTOs from models.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, BIM leads, and cross‐discipline teams; communicate technical solutions clearly.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or relevant technical discipline.
- 8–15 years of CAD/piping detailing experience, with at least 4–5 years hands‐on in Autodesk Plant 3D.
- Proven experience in water/wastewater projects, piping systems, and treatment skids.
- Familiarity with Swedish/Nordic codes and standards (ISO, SSG, SIS).
- Experience across design and construction phases.
- Exposure to point cloud/Recap workflows for brownfield projects desirable.
- Essential Skills
- Advanced Autodesk Plant 3D modelling and AutoCAD 2D drafting.
- QA process knowledge and ability to deliver models to LOD 400.
- Strong command of orthographic/isometric drawing extraction.
- Ability to prepare ISO drawings for pipe routing, weld points, prefabrication splits, and BOM adjustments.
- Effective communication and teamwork across disciplines.
- Soft Skills & Attributes
- Attention to detail and disciplined approach to modelling.
- Initiative in quality assurance and proactive resolution of technical issues.
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
- Positive attitude to training, standardization, and mentoring junior CAD staff.

- BGV:
