Senior Business Systems Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Manager (m f d) who can lead enterprise process optimization initiatives while aligning business requirements with practical system solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with department leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to streamline operations, strengthen reporting accuracy, and improve business performance.

You will oversee critical systems initiatives, mentor a growing team, and serve as the bridge between operational priorities and technology execution.

Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of enterprise business systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Partner with department managers to understand business challenges, define system requirements, and improve workflow performance across multiple teams.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements that increase productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen internal controls.

Guide and mentor junior team members and analysts, providing structured feedback and encouraging continuous learning and accountability.

Present recommendations, implementation plans, and performance insights to senior leadership with clear business rationale and measurable outcomes.

Minimum 6 plus years of experience in business systems management, operations improvement, enterprise systems, or process optimization, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership focused role.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflow automation, reporting frameworks, business intelligence tools, and operational process management.

Experience leading projects, mentoring teams, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business functions.

Strong professional communication skills with the ability to explain technical recommendations in a practical business context.

You understand how to balance operational priorities while delivering scalable and practical improvements that support business growth.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per month
