- Apply Agile/Scrum to design and build products with internal developers
- Manage change management, user training, and application support
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Financial Services
- Undergraduate or graduate degree relevant to Financial Services or Information Technology
- Ability to apply analytical approach to identify root cause/gap
- Ability to plan meticulously and manage project and operational risk
- Ability to adapt communication effectively between clients, business, and technology teams
- Business analysis professional qualification (e.g. IIBA CBAP) preferred

Position Overview
- We are looking for an accomplished Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Analyst team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.
- Your primary responsibilities include working with key business areas, analysis and process re engineering, project management, and Agile/Scrum application.
Primary Responsibilities
- Working with key business areas including accounting and investor management for Hedge Fund & Private Equity clients, visualization of data via interactive dashboards for Institutional clients, regulatory and compliance data processing and reporting, wire payment workflow management, risk monitoring
- Analysis and process re engineering, project management, solution evaluation including analysis of 'Buy vs Build'.
- Involvement in the Application of Agile / Scrum to design and build products with our internal developers, change management, user training and application support.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Financial Services.
- Ability to leverage existing financial services knowledge, self manage and take ownership.
- Ability to apply an analytical approach effectively to identify root cause / gap.
- Ability to plan meticulously and manage both project and operational risk.
- Ability to adapt communication effectively between our clients, the business and technology teams.
- Ability to generate new ideas, with a passion for innovation and technology.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree relevant to Financial Services or Information Technology.
- Business analysis professional qualification (e.g. IIBA CBAP) is preferred but not essential.
