Maxa is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Specialist to deliver complex data/AI implementations for CFO-trusted insights. You will partner with executive clients, translate business needs into functional specs, and refine delivery methodology.

Responsibilities
- Deliver concurrent customer projects from kickoff to production with exceptional customer experience
- Partner with executive level clients to understand strategic objectives and where Maxa can accelerate business insights
- Synthesize and validate rigorous business requirements through stakeholder interviews, business process deep dives and technical workshops
- Translate multi layered business needs into high precision, insight driven functional specifications
- Define and deliver actionable insights from financial and operational data
- Build the Knowledge Library and capture reusable patterns in the Playbook
- Use AI to automate workflows that 10x delivery speed
- Track metrics: cycle time, first pass quality, customer CSAT
Requirements
- 5 10 years delivering complex data/AI implementations (consulting, product delivery, professional services)
- Workshop facilitation expert with experience running discovery sessions
- Mastery of accounting principles and operational analysis through financial modelling, performance metrics, cost analysis
- Comfortable with SQL and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
- Deep fluency with financial & operational systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and operational processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
- Client relationship mastery: storyteller, managed C suite expectations, navigated tough escalations
- Bilingual (French & English)

- As a Senior Business Solutions Specialist, you’ll sit at the strategic intersection of client success and technical architecture, translating complex business imperatives into high impact solutions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver Customer Implementations: Ship Maxa's product with exceptional customer experience.
- Partner with executive level clients to understand their strategic objectives.
- Synthesize and validate rigorous business requirements through stakeholder interviews, business process deep dives and technical workshops.
- Translate multi layered business needs into high precision, insight driven functional specifications.
- Define and deliver actionable insights from financial and operational data.
- Champion the Methodology: Build the Knowledge Library that makes each delivery faster.
- Evangelize the 'same but different' philosophy by showing teams how to leverage patterns.
- Scale Through Continuous Improvement: Capture reusable patterns in our Playbook.
- Use AI boldly to automate workflows that 10x our delivery speed.
