What you’ll do
- Partner with customers to understand business goals and challenges and identify platform value.
- Design and implement scalable solutions, including integrations and customizations.
- Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for development and deployment teams.
- Collaborate with sales, product, support, and implementation teams on solution delivery.
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document architectural decisions, requirements, and project scope.
- Identify roadblocks, develop practical solutions, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
Required experience and capabilities
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role driving business outcomes.
- Strong marketing domain knowledge, including marketing performance management, budget allocation, or marketing operations.
- Strong technical acumen in solution architecture, integrations, and system configurations.
- Executive-level communication skills for explaining complex architectural decisions.
- Understanding of API-first integration strategies and familiarity with middleware solutions such as Workato or MuleSoft.
- A proven record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering impactful solutions.
