We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager who can oversee complex operational environments while leading strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and organizational performance improvements.
You will manage operational systems, support business transformation projects, and help create scalable processes that improve productivity and service quality.

Business Operations Leadership
Oversee daily operational activities including workflow coordination, service delivery management, business planning, and organizational performance monitoring.
Operational Strategy
Develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, and support scalable organizational growth across multiple departments.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor department managers, operational coordinators, and administrative teams.
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
Digital Operations Management
Support digital transformation initiatives, operational system improvements, and technology-driven process enhancements that improve service performance and productivity.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with executive leadership, corporate clients, external partners, and internal departments to align operational goals and organizational priorities.
Performance Monitoring
Track operational KPIs, workflow performance, productivity metrics, and service quality indicators while supporting continuous operational improvement initiatives.
Compliance And Risk Management
Maintain compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and organizational policies while supporting risk management and business continuity planning.
Experience
6+ years of experience in business operations, digital services management, corporate support services, or operational leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.
Leadership Skills
Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating operational initiatives, and maintaining high standards of organizational performance and service delivery.
Business Knowledge
Deep understanding of operational management, process optimization, digital workflow systems, and organizational development strategies.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in operational reporting platforms, CRM systems, workflow management tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Communication Skills
Excellent English communication skills are required for leadership coordination, stakeholder management, and operational reporting.
Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
